"This doctor office needs to be ran better. They tell you to “make an appointment” because “walk-ins” have to wait until after appointments are seen(fair enough, I suppose). However, just be prepared to wait hours, because not even appointments are seen anywhere near time. They overbook, so what’s the sense of appointments? They mean absolutely nothing (except that you will go before the poor sweet walk-ins who have been waiting hours). It should be first come first served because you’re going to wait hours, regardless. As for the positives, the doctor himself is pleasant. He does take his time with patients. He is concern, knowledgeable, and warm. He’s detailed, always refers me to the right places and doctors I need. The doctor is solid, the waiting isn’t ."

"I have been a patient at this doctor's office for a few years. and unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing. The professionalism of the staff, starting from the employee at the lobby, has significantly declined. One major issue is the consistent tardiness – appointments are scheduled, but the waiting time has stretched to an excessive 2 hours. This lack of punctuality is frustrating and has a noticeable impact on the overall quality of service. Moreover, the disorganization within the office is evident. It creates an atmosphere that makes the overall experience less than satisfactory. As someone who values efficiency and professionalism in healthcare, I find these recent developments concerning. Additionally, the lobby assistant's behavior has been notably unprofessional and very rude. Such conduct further contributes to the negative atmosphere within the office. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this doctor's office based on my recent encounters. I hope these issues can be addressed promptly for the benefit of all patients."

"Great doctor, I love him but his receptionist is extremely rude towards patients over the phone and in the waiting area for absolutely no reason. I called to ask if he was in the office yet and she got extremely rude when i said I couldn’t hear her for a second. Dr. Ibeku, I love you as a doctor but you definitely need a new receptionist! This has not been the first time she’s been very rude to me and others in my family for no reason at all."
