"I had a sonography almost 2 years ago, I did a payment plan, it’s been completed over 5 months ago, I still get deductions every month, I have called and called and I keep getting thrown around to diff departments, they say oh no you are not supposed to get deductions and it still goes on monthly, I am so frustrated"

"I had an ultrasound here, it’s like going into a dungeon basement and smells like mold. It’s dark and I felt uncomfortable. It’s not cheap either and you have to wait over a week to be seen, even if the ultrasound is urgent. I’m pretty sure the ultrasound results I had weren’t correct either."

"Waited 30 mins while the front desk lady tried to figure out registration (i just gave birth and had SEVERAL ultrasounds done already so im confused why i had to be registered when im already in the system). I offered to schedule an appt and come back and was insisted to stay and wait. 3 patients came in after me and left before me and I continued to wait even with two available rooms open and the tech laughing and chatting it up with an MA. I eventually had to leave to get my child from daycare which wasted almost an hour of my time."

"I had the first ultrasound of my pregnancy here. I think the tech was Jennifer. I was so excited and this experience took the joy out of me. I had so many questions that went unanswered. It was impersonal and felt rushed. If I didn't ask questions I would have received no explanations. Not given or offered pictures. Was told it was unhealthy to attempt to listen to a baby's heartbeat at 6w 4days. Just sad."
