"Worst practice ever I've been to the ER multiple times due to my tonsils, I've called to make appointments but their response is that the doctor is booked. One time they even told me well if it gets worst you're just gonna have to go back to the ER, where they tell me that there is just so much that they can do ! I understand that this doctor doesn't have a relationship with my insurance nd she isn't obligated to see me if she's booked but it's the first time that a doctor turns me away not once but multiple times ! I should of been changed my doctor my aunt complains about her staff ! I have a ear infection nd my tonsils are swollen the antibiotics that were given to me in the ER aren't helping and their response was I'd have to wait till next month for an appointment when I been dealing with this for two weeks I can't even talk cause it hurts so bad ! Y'all can drop me from the practice btw ! I'm searching for a new primary doctor anyways !"
