"If I could give Doctor Patel 0 stars I would. I have never felt like someone cared less about my health then I have the last two days. I saw Dr. Patel over the past two days and she was confrontational, had terrible bedside manor, was angry if you asked questions where she actually had to spend time with you as a patient, and our last interactions ended with her yelling at me verbatim “go find a new doctor” after asking her to simply take my blood pressure before I left because it was high the previous day. I have never been so unsatisfied with customer service in my life. As some one who was already nervous about the possibilities of what might be going on she made me feel as if I didn’t matter and that every other person was so much more important than me. All I wanted was to be heard, have my questions answered, and for her to spend more then two seconds with me as a patient. She looked like a linebacker lining up with one foot out the door and one foot in ready to run after being there for one second. I understand times are busy in the medical profession but if you don’t have the decency to spend a small amount of time with the patient and make them feel heard about the situation then you need to find a new profession. The only plus I can give is to the Office Manager and the nurses who took the time to hear me and apologize for my experience and help me calm down. I will go back to Carepoint because of them and utilize another doctor that I was recommended too but I will NEVER interact or be seen by Dr. Patel again."

"Dr Patel is one of the best Doctors I've ever had. I have had multiple cases of cancer and some other very complicated illnesses, she directed me to a group of specialists which I've had for over 25 years dealing with these different types of "CANCERS".
