"Horrible. Prescribed me medication that I’ve been on for 10+ years, only gives me a 30 day supply, then refuses to refill it without another visit. This guy and the office are the worst."

"Please avoid this place at all costs. I had the worst experience there. I had an appointment for 3:15 and arrived 10 minutes early. After informing the receptionist about my appointment, I was asked to fill out a couple of documents. Despite waiting for over an hour, I was finally called inside, only to wait an additional 15 minutes. Then, a lady (not a doctor) came to see me, asked a couple of questions, and had me fill out more documents. After another 10-15 minutes, the doctor arrived, asked a few questions, and instructed me to wait for a blood test. Eventually, someone came and asked me to wait outside for the blood test. After waiting for 20 more minutes and losing my patience, I asked who would be conducting my blood test. The receptionist then told me to come back the next day because the person responsible for blood tests had left at 3:00. This place has numerous issues: they don’t care about patients, lack professionalism, and have no work ethics. If you don’t want to waste your time, please don’t go there."

"I had an appointment for 1:30. I came in 10 mins prior after filling out all my paperwork online. They made me wait for an hour in the waiting room. They took my height, weight, and blood pressure at 2:30. Have to wait another hour to even see the doctor. One of the worst experiences of all time. The reason they have so many appointments and so quickly is because there are no appointments. It’s just a farce. Their system must be horrible so get ready to spend your entire day here."

"This was the worst experience at a doctors office I've ever had. I arrived to my 2pm appointment on time, and as I walked in no one acknowledged my presence, I told them the time of my appointment and they didn't say anything, so I sat down and waited, just being patient. After waiting for 10 minutes I got up and told them once again my name and my appointment time, they responded that the doctor was about to go to lunch, and that it was gonna be 1 hour and 30 minutes wait to see her. Now, I don't know what's worse here, the lack of manners and work ethic when providing service that includes someone's health, or taking appointments at a time where it's not possible for the doctor to take, it doesn't make sense. Hopefully this provides a better picture for those planning to attend here, hopefully receptionists can be held accountable for their bad performance"
