"Amazing doctor with such lovely bedside manner. Her MA, Maria, feels like a mom with her caring and compassionate bedside manner as well. Maria even noticed things like rashes on the skin to make sure I had told Dr. Ali about it. I also loved that they were able to do the EKG and bloodwork on site! EKG results were on the spot and blood test results came back the very next morning. Overall I am really pleased with Dr. Ali and her staff."

"Had a bad experience with scheduling here. My wife is a patient of Dr. Ali, my kids go to the same clinic for their pediatrician. I called them to get set up with a sick visit and they gave me an appointment time which means they did have availability. However, at the last moment she said that since I'm not an established patient of Dr. Ali, she can't give me the appointment today and I would have to go to urgent care. I felt this was really bad customer service. We already go to three doctors in the same clinic so we're definitely giving them plenty of business. Really left a bad feeling about the office."

"I was looking for new PCP since I moved there. I gave horizon blue cross insurance card to front desk lady and she gave me estimate for the visit- vaccination was 100% covered and office visit supposed to be only $30 co pay. Then I made an appointment to come in. Btw, Dr. Ali was very pleasant person, and had good bedside manner. I verified with front desk before I left that everything was paid for now, and she said yes. Later, I get a bill of 250 dollars. Its a bad practice. I work in healthcare field, and honestly doctor was very nice, but their billing has big issues and needs improvement"

"I love dr Sabia. She is knowledgeable and makes one feel comfortable. I appreciate the fact that she listens to your concerns and talks to you as a friend and not a doctor who just wants to hear a very short version of why you’re at their office. My reason behind the 4 star and not 5 review is her receptionist. She is the rudest and least professional receptionist I have had misfortune of meeting. There were many times where I had to physically control myself from yelling at her. I agree with the other reviewers about how difficult it is to finish one sentence when your talking to the receptionist."

"The worst doctors office: She is knowledgeable doctor, but only think that they care is making money for CarePoint. They do not really care about the patient’s cost. They will send you to their care centers where there is no negotiated price for insurance. Furthermore, the office staff is the least professional. They were supposed to send me some results for insurance. I called them multiple times, but got nothing back. Not having the document timely cost me $500. They do not care sine it is not their money. Good doctor for health, but will get you bankrupt financially."
