"These people are a joke. Not sure how they received high ratings. It must be family or friends related to the employees/drs. They’ve made appointments with me multiple times without calling or confirming with me. Dr. Nadine seems nice enough but never calls when scheduled. Never follows up. I call and speak to the rep who answers the phone and they apologize and “ensure” they will get messages to dr yet no call back. Either they don’t give the message or they do and Dr. Nadine does not care to return the call/answer question."
