"Initially, I previously met with the psychiatric nurse practitioner, Jacqueline, who was an exceptional healthcare professional. Unfortunately, she is no longer available to see patients, and the nurse practitioners who have assumed her role are not as hospitable and empathetic. The newly appointed nurse practitioners appear to prioritize efficiency above establishing a robust patient-provider rapport, resulting in a diminished sense of comfort during my consultations. During our counseling sessions, the therapist Monica frequently experiences a loss of service and appears irritated by the information presented to her. This has led me to feel discriminated against as I continue to have sessions with her. Upon my initial interaction with Monica, I held the belief that she possessed the qualities of a good counselor. However, in recent sessions, Monica has consistently experienced a disconnection in service whenever I begin to open up and discuss the issues that are troubling me. I perceive a lack of acknowledgement or attention towards my thoughts or opinions. Based on my perspective, it seems that after expressing your interest in someone during the first visit, following encounters with the providers become more distant and less focused on helping you. Consequently, I am contemplating the prospect of locating a different therapist who can offer a more reliable and attentive experience."

"Please don't go to Debra Monserrat. She was the worst mental health profressional I've ever come across. She prescribed a medication and asked me to NOT look it up. Of course I looked up the side effects and quickly found out that it includes liver failure amoung other things...when asked to explain during a follow up call, she then accused me of 'not listening' to her and then said that I should look for another doctor. Unprofessional and insensitive"

"I have seen psychiatrists my whole life due to ADHD. As I got older I also showed signs of OCD and anxiety. I've NEVER been impressed with any former office or psychiatrist. I was once misdiagnosed with Bipolar when in actuality it was PTSD. This past July due to extreme stress I regressed severely with my OCD and my ADHD paralysis was causing me a lot of anxiety and strain on my relationship. They got me in with Yuan in 24hrs. 2 weeks I started feeling better then I regressed again and they gave me an appt that day and Yuan put me back on an SSRI that helped with my OCD in the past that I had stopped taking 2 years prior(but had been on for a decade) Yuan LISTENS. She will listen to you. She is not a "know-it-all" psychiatrist. She is knowledgeable and compassionate(but not to a fault). My mental health has improved significantly since I started seeing Yuan. I feel things again. I had 1 to multiple panic attacks a day. For the first time in my life I went 2 months without a single panic attack. I think this woman saved my life. I almost admitted myself to a hospital but with her help I did not need to. My therapist Alexis has been great. I've only seen her twice. So far she seems to be exactly what I need."
