"Dr. Malik is a NEW breed of doctors and we need MORE of his kind. He listens, he explains, he gives you HIS time to make sure you understand what is going on and goes above and beyond every time. I almost gave up on Riverside/Optum after being brushed off about some symptoms but my first visit with Dr. Malik he LISTENED and sent me to an appropriate specialist who found something that is finally being tended to. When I do go for sick visits, the entire staff is always assisting me even when it's packed and chaotic, they really try to help you. PEOPLE, we need to have more patience.
