"My mother liked to go there. Dr. Emad Jacob is a good and friendly doctor. The staff there are not cooperative. After my mother went through Gallbladder removal surgery, every time I call them to consult the doctor I have to explain the situation from the beginning although that they have all the information on the system. Every time my mother has medicine refills which they arrange it every three months, I have to drive to the clinic which is a long drive for me. Every time me or the pharmacy call them, they are not cooperative with us."
