"Dr. Amin is kind and explains everything so well. Happy to have him as my PMD"
"BEWARE ‼️⚠️ In all my years I've never seen such Rude unprofessional ghetto staff as in this office. The office manager is unprofessional, they act as if they’re doing you a favor. How does a doctor allow such behavior?!? Other doctors staff are super nice sweet and professional, here they’re like vampires. Don't waste your time. The staff put you on hold or drop the call. If you have medicines sent electronically, they never arrive at the pharmacy. And when you try calling them, either they blame it on the pharmacy or don't answer the phone."
"Dr.Amin provides Exceptional care! He is thorough and attentive and makes every visit truly reassuring. The staff is friendly, and the clinic is well-maintained. I highly recommend this internist to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate healthcare professional."
"Dr. Amin is okay for your basic check up. His staff is extremely unprofessional. The office manager is extremely rude and the rest of the staff is too. They act like you're an inconvenience for asking questions. Be sure to check your insurance EOB's because they often mischarge for services NOT rendered. My advice is stay away but if you go here BEWARE."
"Average medical attention, horrendous staff. Do not come to this office!!!!! The administration is in disarray and trust me when I say that you will be paying the price for it. My Saga began three years ago. I had been coming to this doctor for over a year with the same insurance and one day out of the blue I was told that one of my previous visits had a pending balance. When I asked if there was anything wrong with my insurance they confirm that it was active in there was nothing to do with the insurance, rather, that I just had to pay an outstanding balance. I asked what the balance was and I was told to wait for a moment because the computer was slow. After 30 minutes a staff member told me that I should go home and that the billing specialist with contact me soon. The billing specialist never did contact me. I ended up contacting the office 3 times in relation to the issue and every single time I was told that the billing specialist would call me back. I ended up moving and even though I was visiting the doctor anymore I updated my address with their office. 2 years later I get a call from collections on an open balance of about $200. I've been call the doctor's office to deal with them directly and their answer was that the computer was slow and that the billing specialist would contact me soon. I happened to catch them on a good day and person one the billing specialist was hanging out at the location. They explained to me that they were very sorry but that back in 2015 they had no idea what was happening. Yes... That is literally what she said. I was told that my insurance for some reason he thought that I had another insurance company even though I didn't and that it would have been as simple as just confirming that I had only one carrier. Though the specialist admitted that it was definitely not my fault I was told that the best she could do was to still charge me $100 if I were to at least pay $50 on the spot. I agreed to make my first payment and upon completing the first payment she refused to give me a written form of our verbal contract. I had to then remind her that it was my legal right to receive a copy of our contract and that if she refused I would avoid my payment. The Specialist agree to give me a copy of the contract but not before threatening to revert back to the original $200 amount implying that she really did not believe I would pay the remaining balance. I decided to pay the full $100 on the spot and insist that I get written proof of my zero balance status with the establishment. My next step will be to report them with the Better Business Bureau."
