"Waitied for an hour to see the doc. Was rushed. Had no interest in really understanding my problem. Did not explain the rationale for why the treatment was recommended. I tried to ask again but was rushed out. Awful and horrendous! These useless physicians have lost the idea that the patient is supposed to be at the center of what they do. Just plain awful. Avoid."
"Very NOT SATISFIED. THE PA that saw me wasn't trying to be a good listener and take appropriate action. I got hit playing racquetball. I had a bruised eye from the ball. The previous day my eye doctor checked me out and there was no internal damage. I went to the Care Station for something for irritation the day after. She wanted to do CAT scans and give me a shot of something just short of steroids. I looked at her like she had 2 heads. Serious overkill and I got out of there quickly."
