"I don't know what happened to this office but this is a complete disaster, I visited the doctor's office on March 27 2024, he was as usual very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate, he prescribed blood test and some medications, the "receptionist " said she will send the prescription electronically to the pharmacy. I had my test done and today is May 3rd 2024, the nurse never had called me for the test results and they never sent the prescription to the pharmacy either, the last thing Ana (the one who answers the phone) said was that the they lost the results and I have to keep waiting to return my calls ( more than 20 calls already) or I have to book another appointment because it past 30 days, like it was my fault, Dr Correa is a great doctor, I'm not sure if he knows what is really happening in that office, I doubt that a doctor doesn't know what's going on in the front desk of his office. I still haven't had a treatment, still sick, I don't know what I have, and my condition is getting worse. Unfortunately after more than one month, I will need to get another physician and again do the test all over again, pay for doctor office again. I do not recommend this office, it's a complete disaster, disorganized, lack of information, lack of interest of the patients. If they can't deal with sick people and they don't care, get another job."

"If Dr. Luis Correa, being so excellent at his job, has such despotic secretaries to treat patients, you cannot cut off the calls because he does not call them for Chambres, if not for an appointment, he should have more education but look for another job where he does not deal with people."

"The doctor is very professional, the staff is very friendly and attentive, I liked that they have the laboratory in the same office and they really attend to the time of your appointment, they don't make you wait like in other places where they tell you an hour and you spend the entire time day on that appointment, really recommended."
