"I checked in for irregular heartbeat early morning They checked my system really fast (had no problem but found some hypertension…) and discharged with no problem!"

"I should have googled before going. My mistake. I went in for severe heel pain and back pain. The initial doctor (Seranack) came in and fast talked me. I stopped him mid sentence to tell him my issues. He told me that I would get a foot X-ray and a back X-ray. After waiting 90 more mins. A guy with long hair came to do my X-ray. He did my foot. When I asked abt my back he was totally clueless. Maybe 15 mins later, the discharge lady came in to discharge me. I asked abt my back X-ray and she told me to go to my primary doctor…like what? I informed her that I was new to NJ and I hadn’t obtained one yet. She replied, “well if you come back here, we will tell you the same thing”. I asked her what was wrong with my foot and she said I had a heel spur. I asked what that was and she said to follow up with a podiatrist, after scanning thr papers to see if there was an explanation. Why????? Why did I come to this hospital? Something has to be done abt this. Oh yeah, while waiting, the staff was talking abt someone who was unresponsive. One of them said, “if she don’t move, we’ll put her in the back in a body bag”!"

"Worst ER I've ever been to. Wish I could give them a negative rating.The registration lady working today(Saturday January 7th roughly 10pm) had no sense of triage, respect nor did she show any effort in her job. She showed me she doesnt want her job so she should not have it. The patient arrived in excruciating pain and even though the people before us let us go first because of the patients condition, the registration lady still insisted that its first come first serve and got disrespectful with us when we insisted on the priority/urgency(both us and the people before us). Despite the ER having only close to 3 parties, the majority of people did their work with absolutely ZERO sense of urgency. They made not only me but other patients feel uncared for and unimportant. Also, before they even remotely tried addressing the issue, they kept asking for insurance. The AUDACITY to prioritize that over the well being of the patient. First and last time I ever come here and will make sure noone I know comes here. Worst experience ever."

"This place is a disgrace. Took my 20month old son here with a bloody and swollen eye, waited almost two hours with no doctor in sight. The useless "nurses" kept saying the doctor is busy and will come to see you shortly. There were 4 other patients as well begging to see the doctor. This place needs to get shut down or fire the whole staff, including the imaginary doctor that the nurses talk about. I will make further complaints for this place. If you value your life please don't step foot in here , even if it's a life threatening emergency, PLEASE go somewhere else, otherwise you will die waiting on a chair to see the one doctor that they say they have."

"Wish I could give negative ratings to them. This hospital has worst emergency care, I have ever come across. I went there late in the night, because my wife had shooting pain her in abdomen area. Instead of referring her to the doc, they made us wait in the lobby for almost an hour, because they were busy with registration/documentation formalities with other patients. My only concern is that this paper work can wait. The priority should be given to providing doctor’s attention to patient. You cannot call yourself an emergency facility, if u really making the ‘patients in pain’, wait for so long."
