"I switched PCPs because my previous PCP was not listening to my concerns and the problems were not getting fixed. So I switched to this doctor. Everything seemed great at first, ataff seemed friendly and the doctor was nice, but then things started going downhill. Payment issues, medications, communication isses, not forgetting billing my insurance like crazy. The front desk doesn't seem to know what they are doing. I would get calls that I owe copay when they specifically would tell me I do not owe anything when I am in office and I even double check- one person would tell you one thing and another tells you something else. Then when I get results back, someone from the front desk would call me to discuss my results or my husband's results and the funny part is the person barley speaks English and when you ask them something they say they dont know or don't understand. How is that suppose to help me if some speaking to me does not know what they are saying? Then when the front desk finishes telling you the results, they say the medication is being sent over to the pharmacy because everything is done electronically now, up to now never got anything. Makes me think I am getting wrong information about my results and my health and any medication given to me. Another part, what doctor or office conducts blood work multiple times? My husband went in to do blood work and then got the results and was told what medication he was going to get- never got it, and then the front said he needed another blood work, so he did it again. Then 3 months later ,he went for a 3 month check up and did a blood work and then they said he needed to do another one. At this point it makes me think this office does not know what to do. What doctor or office conducts blood work so many times? Places like Labcorp or Quest Diagnostic, do not do this. Makes me think there is someone conducting the tests and they don't know what to do or giving wrong information. Plus they bill my insurance stupidly. My husband and I went in for our annual checkups and funny part it is suppose to be free, my husband was charged for the visit and he is getting bills for that day. At this point I am looking for a new PCP who has their staff in check, an office that speaks English as well as other languages, and office that gives you correct information and that doesn't bill your insurance incorrectly."
