"So now our children are being "Eye Diagnosed". Meaning no blood work, no physical doctors checking our children. Since when this practiced started? It's the second time happening. You will be hold accountable if something happens to my child."

"I was there with my son a few days ago for his vaccinations. He just turned a year old. I had an appointment for 2:20pm They ended up taking me in at 5:15 My son was a little sick before that he was irritated the other kids as well. This is just unacceptable and after that I had to go upstairs because he needed a blood work. I spoke to one of the ladies that were there very rude. When I asked her how much longer was gonna take because I was already downstairs waiting for more than two hours and a half. She answered me in a way, like she didn’t care and said well I don’t know probably 20 to 35 minutes more I was like you’re kidding me. There was still patients before my son I get that but when I went and knocked the door a all I hear was them laughing chatting seating not doing anything they didn’t even took the two patients that were before my son. Y’all need to hire people that actually know how to do their job. this is negligence."

"You can have all your exams here and check any problem. But the personal is terrible. They don’t care about the people. They will call you and appointment at 12 but they actually go for lunch at 12 so you will end it up waiting for 3 hours to be seeing. The personal at the windows are constantly gossiping and they are not professionals at all they don’t look for the information about your health insurance because they are lazy. When finally the doctor see you is in a rush and they don’t have time to talk to you and give you a more personal attention. If you don’t have resources and need financial support you will find it here. But if you can afford it or have insurance go somewhere else."

"THE worst of the worst, I have never been to a med place like this. From the staff to the waiting it is just unreal. I will never understand why they make appointments if they see you 1hour and half to 2+ hours later. And the doc will see you for about 5min. It is constantly crowded, kids all over, loud conversations, it's a nightmare to come back here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to waste 2-4hrs for mediocre care."
