"If you have complaint with staff, the staff won’t ler you to the doctor! We can’t give our complaints to the doctor so hope she can see them in here. When we first arrived here, we were given a list of necessary vaccines and tests, and were told we could do them either here or elsewhere. We had a blood test at a hospital covered by our insurance, and the results indicated that we could get the MMR vaccine, but there was no need for tetanus and hepatitis B vaccines. However, we wanted to be cautious and requested both. They said they could administer the tetanus vaccine, but the hepatitis B vaccine was NOT OPTIONAL and couldn't be given. Armed with our results, we came to your clinic, made the payment, and were sent to Oxford laboratories for another test. There, when health professionals reviewed our blood test results, they said we had already taken this test and doing it again was not healthy. However, upon your clinic's request, the test was repeated. When we informed your clinic about this, an excuse was given, stating that this test should have been done AFTER the payment date to your clinic. While waiting for our file, we were called again, and despite explaining the situation, we were told, "your hepatitis B vaccine is missing," and we had to explain it repeatedly. When the hepatitis B issue was clarified, we were asked for our COVID card that we had shown/given before. We AGAIN said we had given it before and provided it again. After we provided it again, it was examined, and the very first thing that should have been mentioned was mentioned last, and it was said that the LOT number was not on these cards. Since we couldn't find the LOT numbers of the vaccines we had in Turkey, we got another COVID vaccine the next day and immediately delivered the LOT number. We were told that we could come and pick up the documents around 10-11 AM the next day (Friday). When we went on Friday, the documents were not there, and we were told the doctor would call when they were ready. We waited until Monday, and only after insisting at your clinic on Monday, were we able to get the document. This time, we found error in the copy sent to our email address, with mistakes in the phone number. We are complaining about the improper handling of the process. We are complaining about a brief procedure taking more than a month. We are complaining because we had to leave our daily tasks and come to your clinic repeatedly every week.We are complaining about them sending the problems one by one instead of sending them collectively and prolonging the process."
"My experience here with the doctor was absolutely awful. I started going there in 2020 because my mom went there and she thought she was a very good doctor. I was at a very stressful job at the time and I was going to her because I was having stomach issues. I even ended up in the hospital. I kept going to her telling her that I was going to the bathroom 6 to 7 time a day which was not normal and was hindering my ability work. It felt like she didn't believe me and she thought that I was going to her as an excuse to not go to work. Which was not the case at all. My stomach problems were real. She weighed me and said you've gained weight if you having all these stomach problems you should've lost weight. Aka "You're lying" This was after the fact the I told her I went to the hospital because I couldn't control it and my back was hurt. I had had a fever as well when I went to the hospital and I left the hospital. I got a colonoscopy and they found nothing. I had given her previous history of my health and it should of alarmed her but she brushed it off. I went to a different doctor this years because I was having other symptoms in the body and I was tired of feeling tired and sick. He saved my life he found out what was wrong with me and we are fixing it. If I could give her a zero start I would. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR SHE HAS TO MANY PATIENTS. I BEG MY MOM NOT TO GO BACK!"
