"Very disappointed!!! I waited for my video call appointment for 2 months and 30 mins prior my appointment I was informed the Doctor was “caught up” with a patient and my appointment was moved to 2 hours later or I had the option to see the nurse practitioner. I was very disappointed because Doctor Cadoo has been my Doctor over 7 years and for the past year or so it’s been difficult to find an appointment with her. I will not ve going back there"

"Edit: I figured out what happened. If you want to see the real reviews, Google Cadoo Medical PC. That is where her real reviews are! I don’t know what happened with Google and the current 3.7 review. I really wish I’d taken a screenshot of her previous review. However, when I found Dr. Cadoo she had 5 stars and over 200 reviews! My old rating is also missing! Anyway the original reviews are what made me choose her as my PCP. And I am so happy that I did. She’s very professional, caring and attentive. The visit didn’t feel rushed like so many doctors offices. (That probably explains the bit of a wait which I don’t mind if she’s spending extra time with patients because she will also do the same with me) Dr. Cadoo is very thorough and addresses all my issues and concerns and spends time going over everything with me even optional tests and labs that I could do just to make sure my health was in the best shape. She gives excellent advice regarding health and does not act like she knows everything like so many doctors do. She will quickly let you know that she’s an internist and she will refer you to a specialist when she suspects something is wrong with a specific part of your body. The receptionist was very nice and the office so comfortable and serene. It was a nice and calming environment and overall great experience. Makes me wish I could see the doctor more than once a year! Yes the wait for an appointment is pretty long as she’s quite booked but that’s how it was for all my current good doctors. Overall I highly recommend Dr. Cadoo!"

With no history linking us together I felt very "at ease" and extremely comfortable having discussions with her about my health. 10/10. I'm looking forward to my next visit."

"I was referred to Dr. Cadoo and had a 5 month wait. My appointment was 11:00 a.m on 6/10/22 . I expected all to go well since the paperwork was requested to be completed online prior to my visit. I noticed patients who came after me were seen prior to me. I inquired about if there were more than 2 Dr.'s seeing patients and the woman working the receptionist desk replied "no, there is Dr. Cadoo and a practioner, but you are due to see Dr. Cadoo" After going on an hour and half, I felt unvalued as a potential patient and decided to leave. I couldn't believe what I just experienced and Dr. Cadoo didn't even have the courtesy of calling to apologize."
