"Unfortunately this office has no care or empathy for their patients and is a completely disorganized mess. I believe Dr. Oh himself is a competent doctor and decent person but the office staff just blames each other for their mistakes and makes it clear that you are on your own and nobody cares. I had several tests done and each time it took multiple phone calls and even showing up to their office just to get some type of response. I dealt with at least 6 different people and nobody cares about you or your health situation. I only write this review in hopes that there is some type of change and nobody has to go through what I've dealt with over the last 3 months with this office."
