"Being a new patient I expected my wait to be reasonable yet substantial. Therefore, I arrived at 1:30 for A 145 appointment. Upon arrival I was told to sign in I checked the box that acknowledged I was a new patient. I was then told to take seat. I sat from 1:30 to 2:10. As another new patient arrived she was advised that she needed to fill out new patient paperwork and have her picture taken for her file . I proceeded to advise the staff member behind the desk that i was also a new patient and never recd any paperwork. I was then asked to step up to the desk. This staff member told me that my appointment was at 2 o’clock not 145 since all patients arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I proceeded to tell her I was here at 1:30 And had been sitting waiting for 40 minutes with no paperwork to fill out As she continued to talk over me . I then asked her how long of a wait would it be before I saw the doctor in which case, she answered very rudely. “ I don’t know” I told her if she couldn’t tell me how long of a wait and since I had already been waiting close to 45 minutes that I would find a new doctor and I left the office. Since office personnel are the first people patients meet upon entering any office and just now reading some of the past reviews regarding the professionalism of Dr DeLucas staff , He may want to have a chat with his staff regarding office manners and what HIS expectations of professionalism means. Also, Everyone’s time is valuable Even a patients. And an unreasonable amount of time for waiting is unacceptable"

"I had an emergency issue with my face swelling so severe it took over my eye and entire right side of my face. I spent 3 days going from one specialist to the next. My sister in law recommended I see Dr DeLuca and called while I was still at the Dermatologist. They were able to see me the same day! Everyone there, from the reception desk to the techs were extremely caring. Dr Wong couldn't have been more understanding and professional. Dr DeLuca came in and we spoke about the how's and why. He LISTENED. After a small procedure I left there with the my eye sight clear and the swelling reduced as well as the pressure. Absolutely would recommend his office to everyone."
