"Very bad service, I had my appointment and after they have already taken my blood pressure and everything is ready for the doctor to see me, two and a half hours later they tell me that they cannot attend to me, ok, I take it calmly and nothing happens, well I make my appointment again at 12 and I arrive 10 minutes late and they don't have me and they make me wait two hours, the medical assistant only makes excuses and nothing, the supervisor shows up! This is always bad service"
