"The doctor is AMAZING!!! The staff is NOT. Every time you call, almost every time you will be put on hold not to mention some of them have the nastiest attitude no matter how kind you are. I know they work hard because I myself work in health care but that is NO EXCUSE. Find else where to go. They can’t even get down your info correctly over the phone no matter how many times you repeat yourself ( and I’m fluent )"

"For my first time there, worst experience with a doctor ever. Doctor is very rude and unprofessional. The staff was very nice, although they don’t have any system there. I waited for the doctor in the checkup room for 45 minutes after vitals were done and had three different staff come in asking if I had vitals taken (no system). I don’t mind waiting for my visit, but when I mentioned to a staff that I was just going to come back because I’d have to be leaving soon for work she offered to ask the doctor if he could view me now that way I can be seen sooner. I heard him say if I was going to have this attitude that I could just leave. That he was busy taking care of other patients and I was just a new patient so I can leave. I was honestly in shock because it was the fact that he really spent the last 45 minutes arguing with staff in the back and on the phone busy with phone calls while his waiting room is packed. Mind you I’m across from the office and can hear and see everything. Super super unprofessional, will be letting the insurance know why I’m changing primary."

"Its hard to even rate this place, the whole experience was bad. I was there for almost two hours, I waited in the exam room for over 45 minutes. The whole time I waited I can hear the doctor in the back talking on his cell phone, talking with the staff and doing everything other than seeing patients. I was a new patient there, when I asked the staff if I can get an update on how much longer the wait was, the girl went to ask the doctor, I can hear him answering the questions in such a rude way, saying he was busy, and I can leave if I wanted to. He was very nasty and just so you know, he was NOT busy, he was in the back room chatting it up while so many people were in the waiting area. I will never go back there and I will be sure to pass on to others how awful this office is ESPECIALLY the doctor Ishak Soliman.....DON'T GO THERE ITS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE"

"The doctor and staff here has made me wait in the back for hours. many times. The staff is good for getting referrals and paperwork out. I do not have to ask repeatedly. At other medical offices the staff has done little or nothing for me except offer promise to take of referrals and paperwork. Dr. Soliman I have mixed patient/primary care doctor feelings about. I feel he has been judgmental of my personal situations the doctor asked about. My concern for my treatment is what is most important to me. I sent my friend here because the friend's other doctor's staff was not listening when paperwork and referrals needed to be taken care of in a timely manner. @Dr. Soliman's work gets done. I respect Dr. Soliman because he helps a lot of people by taking many insurances many other medical offices reject."
