"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was put on hold for 15 mins…. Pretty sure they forgot about me. I call them back again and they ASKED me if it was okay to put me on hold again. And I told them I’ve been on hold for 15 mins and if they could give me a call back. The lady on the phone said “No, we’re crazy busy” and she literally put me on hold right away without saying anything. Don’t take this the wrong way, I was already very nice about it. But I thought hospitality was about being kind to patients who are sick, not to be jerks to patients. From my understanding, they make money off of their patients and insurance. They won’t be making money off of me."

"I have been cared for by Dr Pantano for over 5 years, and she has been very compassionate , listens to my health issues carefully & , has been very helpful& thorough with my medical care. I would recommend her to family & friends as well"

"In my opinion, horrible. The office charges you for things they shouldn't, makes you call your insurance just for the insurance company to tell them they are in the wrong. Then the doctors do not know what they are doing. Gives out different dosage of medication to see if it will work and doesn’t. On top of that, Dr Pantano sent home my grandmother telling her she was fine, and she wasn’t and spent 3 months in the hospital. It could of all of been avoided if the doctor did their job. Never again."

"I've been seeing Dr. Pantano for over five years. She is the most caring and best doctor I have ever been to. She knows her stuff and will always find ways to help you. She also takes her the time to discuss any issues you might have. I never feel rushed when seeing her. I like her so much that I recommended her to other family members. All of them have been seeing her and have nothing but good things to say about their appointments. I highly recommend her. As far as the staff is concerned I completely agree the front desk staff is terrible. The nursing staff on the other hand are friendly and attentive."

"Say they are st lunch from 12 - 1pm. I call at 11:40AM the automatic service says they're already at lunch "till 1pm". Call at 1:10pm, still af lunch... Call af 1:16pm, was put on hold for 25 min. Hung up. Called back, the receptionist answered asked me to hold, I said "no" they hung up!!! Called back another receptionist answered and I asked why they keep patients on hold sooooooo long and why do they lie about they're extended lunch hour. She told me that I should either wait or b ed hung up on since I dont think they deserve their house lunch! SHE HUNG UP! Told me I dont think they deserve their lunch ! THATS NOT WHAT I SAID! IM SO DISGUSTED !"
