"My wife and I visited Dr. Reyes office on 07/15/2024 for a follow-up checkup. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. We had an appointment at 4pm, after 40 minutes of waiting with no update, I went to speak to the receptionist and asked what was going on. Her respond was “Sorry the doctor is still seeing other patients”. We left the office without seeing the doctor after 1hr + of waiting. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND YOU ARE A PUNCTUAL PERSON, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. THE RECEPTIONIST HAS THE WORST COMMUNICATION SKILLS. This experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a patient. I hope the office can work on improving their appointment scheduling and customer service to provide a better experience for future patients."

"Dr. Reyes Is one of akind. I am his patient for 25 yrs. He is very thorough, listens and hears you. Dr. Reyes takes ample time to explain your health issues. He is amazing."

"He is one of the best doctors I've had so far. Most doctors now a days give you 5 minutes of their time and basically kicking you out. Dr. Reyes yes! he takes long and maybe you have an appointment time at 5PM and see him in 15 min maybe 30 min the most I've waited is 15-20 minutes but, he takes his time to examine you, explain everything with your blood work results, listens to you and respond to any questions you have for him without hesitation. Not like other doctors that when you ask questions they get annoyed and just try to dismiss you to see the next patient and charge your insurance $350 or more for a 5 minute consult. So, if you need a doctor that is going to listen to all your concerns Dr. Reyes is the one to go see. Yes, you might have to wait to see him but is better than waiting for 30 minutes and having 5 minutes of a doctors time. Be patient."

"I like Dr. Reyes very much, he’s very thorough. He spends 45 minutes to an hour on each patient. He is one of the rare ones who really care about their patients. His bed side manner is wonderful. I was in hospital for 5 days & felt comfortable knowing he was taking care of me."
