"I went to this office because my blood pressure was elevated and wasn't feeling well. First, I would like to say if this is a walk in clinic why would they continually tell you to get bloodwork from them. Secondly, the way the nurse practioner/doctor spoke to me was in a rude manner as if I need to select them as my primary care physician in order to get care. I've been going to this clinic on and off when I'm not feeling well. It has gotten to the point where I will not be returning back to this clinic as I don't need someone telling me I have to get bloodwork done by them every single time I come for a sick visit. Will not be going there again and I would suggest anyone seeking medical treatment not go there either. Very unprofessional and no one should be spoken to in an abrupt manner. If I wasn't feeling as horrible as I did, I would have walked out and went to an urgent care. Do not and I mean do not visit this office for care if you love your life."

"I took a family member who was having back problems to this facility. Nestled on a dead end street, this facility was clean and quaint. The wait time was less than 5 minutes. Though the doctor was not in, the PA and all the staff members were kind, patient, helpful, and genuinely sweet. I would visit this facility as part of my urgent care needs."

"Had to wait 30 minutes when there was only 1 patient in the waiting room along w me & only 1 patient inside the room . When I went in the room it was not clean, especially now with COVID they need to have better precautions. The paper that’s rolled out onto the bed was wrinkled & used I had to sit on a chair instead and they still didn’t notice or care to change it. The second time I came in they literally changed the paper right in front of me which the room should be already prepped before a patient comes in. I had to wait 2 weeks for them to tell me results & it came out positive with h.pylori which if those who don’t know if left untreated can cause cancer. I told the receptionist/ma that I was there for results & because I was sick I waiting so long that I forgot to remind them to check me out that I was sick but that should’ve been documented for the doctor to see. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND."
