"GREAT Doctor!!! Easy to make appointments, staff is friendly and kind, and Dr Jeff is unlike any doctor I've ever visited. He listens and explains everything in detail. You can tell he really cares about his patients."
"Dr. Jeff has been my doctor for years. He is caring, helpful, and I couldn’t be happier with him. That being said , it is very difficult to make appointments, the staff doesn’t pick up phones when. Office time says they’re back from lunch or open for business in the morning. They still use a calendar to make appointments and recoding appointments doesn’t Happen. It is a shame because I have to find a new doctor now after having Dr. Jeff for almost 20 years, but the aforementioned negatives are forcing me to find a new doctor."
"I like Dr. Farnese. He takes time with you and doesn't rush. He listens to your concerns and I find him to be extremely intelligent, as he will explain in detail about things and tell you why and the reason behind it. I saw another review on here and i cant understand how some people think. Doctors are human beings too and deserve a vacation. Every doctor i have known has always taken the holidays off. people forget that Doctors do go on vacation with their families too. I also think it was AWESOME of the staff to call in the RX for someone who was ill while the doctor was away . I had a doctor do this for me years ago and it is hard to find. What would you rather have done? get dressed, drive, sit in the waiting room ,see the doctor, he writes you a RX, then go home? If his staff was courteous enough to do this for you, so you did not suffer being sick while he was away, then you should follow up with an appointment when the doctor gets back especially if you were still not well, but most likely you did not and probably because the RX worked and you were feeling much better."
"Great place went to get my medical certificate for private pilot. Had to wait a few days to get in. But was greeted nicely by the staff and was in and done in no time at all. Dr. Jeff Farnese was very informative and patient."
"Every time I call Dr. Farnese’s office, it’s becasue IM NOT FEELING WELL and every time they answer, they tell me he’s not available for at least 3 days. Every single time! Last time I called, just a few minutes ago, I told them I had been sick the past 2 days (Christmas eve, Christmas Day) and I’d like to see the doctor. They told me he’s not in until Friday. I said that he is my PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN and I’m very sick, what should I do? “He’s not in until Friday” that was their answer, no help whatsoever from MY PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN! It is now the day after Christmas. The time I called before that, the exact same thing happened, almost word for word, but they wanted me to wait a week before seeing the doctor. The time before that, they straight up called a prescription in without even seeing me. They said “does it feel like the same thing you had last time?” I said yeah, I guess and they called in my prescription for antibiotics without even seeing me. Do you really want a Dr that’s not around when you need them? I certainly don’t. I hope everyone considers this story before making an appointment with his office. What’s the point of filling out all the god damn paper work if HE’S NEVER THERE!? It’s a real shame that the day after Christmas, while sick in bed, I now have to search for a new doctor or go wait at the hospital all day. Take care, don’t make the same mistake I did.
