"This place is unbelievable. When I started going there they were inner circle which should mean $0 copay. They discontinued inner circle without my knowledge and billed me for visits months later. Now every time I visit I receive bills in the mail outside my copay (and I don’t mean for blood work!) My last sick visit (for a sore throat) resulted in 15 min with the doctor and no medications needed. I received a bill for $165 after my copay that should cover my visit. I have contacted on SEVERAL occasions to determine the reasons for this bill and I’m met with an immediate attitude, long periods of hold (over 20 min!), or direct transfer to leave a voicemail for someone who never calls back. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid."
"Great experience with Alain the nurse practitioner. But sadly the receptionist did not run my insurance card which was different insurance and when I emailed the new card the receptionist said it was accepted. Months later I get a $1,000 something bill and the receptionist said she didn’t know until my visits went through to my insurance that they would not be covered. Any qualified receptionist taking someone insurance runs the card to see f it’s accepted or is aware of what insurance is accepted. Other that that huge mistake on their offices part I had a good experience with working with the nurse practitioner for over 2 years. Now I’m struggling to pay off the rest of the bill and I’m on a fixed in some so I believe the receptionist who messed up should go through training of some sort to know what insurances the office accepts. Low rating due to receptionist and her lack of knowledge of how to even be a receptionist. If I didn’t have tons of appointment booked after my insurance wouldn’t cover the visits I wouldn’t have such a tremendously high bill to pay off. I was told if a persons balance is $100 or more no appointments can be booked so why did me booking appointments keep being accepted?"
"Me and my family Love Dr. Saleha Farzaie! She is so friendly and thorough with any questions you have. She is a Great doctor! Kind and caring, listens and answers questions in detail. We are Grateful for quality and trusted doctors at this office. I never have any issues with my visits or getting a hold of her when one of us is sick even when the office is close. Dr. Farzaie doesn't make us feel rushed, I feel like she really listens, and gets specialist referrals quickly when we need them. We always have a great experience every time! She is an awesome primary care doc!"
"My entire family were patients with Saleha Farzaie. She was nice enough, but kept me waiting a looong time. I showed up for an appointment and had to wait 90 minutes to be seen. Thought it was a one-off until I came back with my daughter, and the same thing. My husband also waited for two hours when he came. Then he had a followup virtual visit and she never even logged on! He waited almost two hours on Zoom and gave up. When he called and complained they apologized and said she'd call him back. She never did, and he never received any guidance on his test results. He had to take them to another doctor. The last straw was when I brought my son in and they refused to see him because his SECONDARY insurance was medicaid. His primary was BCBS PPO but they were so worried about some insurance loophole about having a secondary insurance as Medicaid and that they MIGHT not get paid that they refused to see him--even though they make you sign a form that says if insurance doesn't cover services, you'll be billed out of pocket. We signed that paper, yet we were't even given the option. So they don't even honor what's written in their own paperwork. I was gobsmacked and embarrassed at how cold and callous the billing manager was with my child sitting right there, and obviously needing help. And most importantly, Dr. Farzaie keeps inaccurate patient notes. She stated in her notes on the portal that I had Lyme disease! I do not have Lyme disease. (I came in for testing to rule it out and it was negative). The portal is practically useless because test results were never uploaded, even though I asked. Also, I was in the middle of a medical lawsuit and asked her to kindly correct and update my records, removing the inaccurate Lyme diagnosis for the purposes of accuracy for my case. She didn't respond. Wrote to her again weeks later, and instead of updating the record? She simply erased everything that was in the portal. I guess she didn't like to be questioned, or couldn't remember who I was or what she'd actually saw me for (twice) so she just erased everything. Just lazy, and unprofessional. Keep looking. BUT if you are someone who's looking for Lyme testing that's covered by insurance, they use MDL labs, which I'm told by my son's LLMD is a good lab (if you can't afford Igenex) that often picks up the markers. Or if you need a mold panel. Once you get the results, though, take them to someone who can treat because they are not Lyme literate and do not treat mold."
"I was at Dr Lentine’s office today and I just felt the need to share what good care I get each time I am there. My provider is Saleha and she is wonderful. She’s very knowledgeable and always goes out of her way to be sure I am well taken care of. The staff is warm and caring as well. Christine, Almia, Mary and Trish alway treat me kindly. Rosie the lab technician is so great. Honestly, I look forward to going to this office. I have not up to this time had the opportunity to meet Dr. Lentine but I’m sure she is top notch!"
