"Worst experience ever!!!!!! I was there for two hours all waiting between the blood work lady to come to her job and the doctor to find time for me.. and over that only a nurse practitioner came and was asking me bunch of weird questions that don’t have to do with why am there.. Not only havent they let me wait for 2 hours in overall, i was called again to be told that the blood work that I am there fo do was done wrong.. they only did part of it and the rest was not done.. just because they forgot to do it.. i ofc refused to go again and all they cared about is ; they called again to ask if it’s okay to at least submit the ones they have done. The nurse also wanted to make me do tests and examinations that i don’t even need. All they care about is using people more than they care about helping them. I dont recommend.."

"I made an appointment through ZocDoc and filled out a bunch of forms. On the day of the appointment I reached the clinic and was told there is no record of an appointment and was also made to submit all the forms again followed by a 30 minute wait. Then I was taken into a room where the nurse took my blood which was super painful and left a bruise which took 2 weeks to heal (pictures attached). Then instead of Dr. Addi with whom I had booked an appointment, Dr. Kimberly came to see me and after telling me she will call me in a week to discuss the reports, she never called and it has been 3 weeks. I am glad I directly received the report from the lab otherwise I would probably never even get the report. If you come out of a doctor's clinic with more problems than solutions then thats not good. Would definitely NOT recommend this clinic."

"Terrible experience meeting with this care provider. The whole experience was rushed after waiting for 30 minutes. Provider did not take the time to listen to my symptoms and medical history. The office staff were very persistent in calling to confirm appointment, but left vague and indiscernible voice messages. I would not recommend in person or Tele visits with this provider. Also they will pester you before appointment to obtain payment method, but it comes across very aggressive. Please do better."

"Saw Dr Znamensky for the first time today and received such a thorough physical! She cares about her patients and it shows. I was also able to get my flu shot and blood drawn all in one visit. I highly recommend making her your PCP!"
