"Wowwww. I see why Synergy was highly recommended to us! My mother-in-law was visiting NJ from Illinois when she was hospitalized. Due to severe confusion/ disorientation, we sought an aide to relieve exhausted local family members. I was in charge of arranging this from home 800 miles away, and they were incredible! Office staff quickly returned phone calls and texts, and arranged everything with efficiency and speed. Aides showed up on time, and were so accommodating with Mom’s changing needs (surprisingly discharged from hospital, so location of next aide on duty was changed- quite late- from hospital to a home address). Staff flexible and wonderful, and this was not an easy patient. One worked very hard trying to locate Mom when she discovered things left in her hospital room- even offered to drive the items to the house! Another danced with Mom and the family when Mom perked up at her daughter’s home. They all made this most challenging time - miles away from home- so much more bearable."
