"I came her as a new patient for my first visit for a follow up.have been nothing but frustrating and still have not had that follow up. The office staff is unprofessional, unorganized and have no clue what they are doing. My first appoint was scheduling for 10am on Friday. They just took my blood pressure it was a little high but they didn’t say anything to the Doctor,The assistant just told me to not worry she would take it again before I leave but of cure she did not take it because she was busy. The doctor came in ask me a few questions and she said that i needed to get some blood work done. Doctor gave the front desk lady a paper with all the tests I needed it to get done and front desk just gave it to me and said that a needed another appointment so they can do my blood work and told me the day of the appointment I had to go on an empty stomach. Of cure i show up to my appointment at 8:30am and they said that they don’t do blood work in the office that i needed to find a lab!! I ask if they can recommend a lab and they just told me to Google it."

"I think that the doctors here are good. However, it's almost impossible to get an appointment with them. The office is a hot mess. They refused to send my gym a permission form for me to get a consultation with a trainer when I finally called to follow-up (my gym faxed the form over 3 times) they insisted I make an appointment with the doctor-just another billable scam. My gym just waved the form. The office does not follow-up-on anything. The woman who checked me in for an appointment this summer for my annual blood work/check-up was so rude I actually asked her if she was looking for an argument. At which point she decided to stare me down. I'm 60 years old and don't need that type of immature treatment from a doctor's office! It's probably time to make a change."

"The office doesn't answer the phone. My partner needs to clear up some details with the doctor, called several times for many days in a row, left messages - no answer. Not the way to do business. Edit: after a week of no one answering the phone, my partner went to the office. No one could provide any answers to any of his questions. He said "I've been calling you the whole week" - no "sorry", nothing, just blank stare. None of the phones were being in use btw, so they obviously just ignore ALL calls. Also they look very mad for no reason. P.S. Dr Germinario is actually pretty nice once/IF ever you are able to get to see her."

"Dr. G is an all around awesome doctor! She's pleasant, kind, and caring. She won't send you for tests if she doesn't think it's a problem, but will push you to go get tests done, see specialists, etc. when she feels it's necessary. Basically, she doesn't shove you off to her affiliates to make them some money. She carefully considers your current issues and works with you to solve them. Best doctor I've had! I'm so grateful that she's my doctor! Her office staff are kind of a circus. It's very hard to reach someone (all appointments are best made on ZocDoc where you don't have to speak to anyone), but I think they've been working on that as they continue to grow. It's very frustrating when you just want to call and ask a question and have to leave a message and wait for someone to call you back."
