"I’m never one to leave a bad review but this dermatologist office is horrendous. If I could leave negative stars I would. Late June I scheduled an appointment to remove a tiny little cyst on my lip. I take off of work and pay my $40 Co-pay. Dr.Ragi looks at it and says he doesn’t have enough time today to complete the surgery and sends me home. Fine I give the place the benefit of the doubt. Rescheduled the app for today (July 10th for 3pm). I show up at 2:45 and wait almost an hour before I get annoyed and ask the front receptionist what’s going on. She says my appointment is for 4:20. I played back the voicemail confirming my app was for 3:00. I immediately asked for my co pay back and left. Worst experience ever with any Doctors office I have ever been to."
