"My appointment was at 9:45am I arrived 15 minutes earlier. I took my exrays at 1035am and still waiting to see the doctor at 10:50am. This place is very slow and not friendly at all. I like seeing my doctor at the Water Place instead of 4141 Carpenter Ave."
"The worst!!! I went in the ER struggling to breathe with an asthma attack. I was told that it would be a long wait. However when a patient is suffering from a severe breathing issue, the patient becomes priority. I sat there for 20 minutes, my breathing got worse, I asked for a treatment but I was ignored. I left without being treated and ended up going to a different hospital."

All you get us I'm sorry from the entire staff made the first appointment it 12 PM we are still here never again what a dump the worst time wait for everything becuase they are union worker I bet you you put salary workers in that place it will run better all of them look lazy as hell"
