"I went there with chest pain and could hardly breathe.. all they did was take a blood test and a scan.. they did nothing else.. please don’t go to this hospital if you’re dying cuz they will surely let you die.. I told the doctor I couldn’t breathe still and he said he can’t give me treatment. I left the hospital with chest pains and can’t still breathe! Please don’t go to this emergency if you live in Yonkers because they’ll watch you die"
"Giving 1 star because you can’t give zero. Had a really bad pain and doctor ordered pain killer for me like 4 hours after I was there, and it was because I was crying and asked the nurse to remove the IV from me so I can leave. I had to tell them that I went I to ER because I needed urgent care, but being there basically the same or worse than staying home. Pain killer did nothing to me and doctor had to order a second dose, which did nothing to me as well. I ended up seeing the doctor like 7 hours after the time I got there. They always said he was coming but he never showed up. Doctor basically spent most of the time going outside to smoke."
"Please do yourself the favor and drive the extra mile for a better hospital. I left with the same pain i came in with. I came into the hospital hopping on one leg with a sprained ankle. The doctor ordered i get a shot for pain relief which did nothing to me. They discharged me immediately after an x-ray. Some guy wrapped my ankle and said i was good to go. They did not give me any crutches or a cane knowing i cant walk with both feet. Do yourself the favor and avoid all this. Also, the doctor was basically asking me what i think he should do."
"This review isn’t for the hospital, it’s for Dr. Parker on the 6th floor. The nurses, aids, and other doctors were wonderful. Dr Parker was a lazy insensitive excuse for a Dr. Clearly there to get a check and go home. Has zero compassion & made terrible medical decisions that the other doctors had to correct every night when he went home. If you end up with him please please please ask to have someone else."
"I gave it 1 star because there is no option to give a 0.i have been here before but today i have to say something. I walked in with asthma like around 1200pm. They took me in almost right away to nebulizer. I stated that my loungs and chest are hurting pretty bad do to all the coughing. I got nebulized twice then taken to xray. After xray was done a nurse was waiting for me to give me an injection that would calm my cough. Which it did for a few hours. It was 3pm and no one had come to check on me. Like around 321pm a nurse comes given me discharge papers. Without telling me anything about the results of my xray. Just rushing me to signed here and for me to go see my pcp. I got so mad that my coughing started. It lasted for a good 10 minutes and even though there were nurses and doctors around me no one came to see if i was ok or to even bring me a cup of water. I asked the nurse that was rushing me to sign what happened to the results of the xray. She didny even know she had to go back and find out. She told me xray was clear and to sign discharge papers. Im still in a lot of pain and the coughing still there. I wasnt prescribe not even a pill to help me with the cough. I have been nebulizing at home for the past few days and since i have not feel better i went to the er. I just spend 3 and half hours of my life in a place where a doctor didnt have time to go talk to me regarding the results. Now im home thinking of where else can i go that i will be given the correct treatment. If you have other options please dont go here."
