You must pay $200 in advance,” in a very, very rude way, knowing that she has the insurance information When I booked the appointment. I did not see the doctor or deal with him, he might be the greatest of all times. My criticism was at the receptionist. Again, I didn’t deal with the doctor. The appointment was in May 15"
