"I called on 7/19/24 to make an appointment, the girl who picked up the phone told me I have faxed the records to them so they can review and give me the appointment in 3 to 5 days, no one call me back , I called on 7/25/24 receptionist took the information and told me some one will call me tomorrow no one did, so I called again on 7/26/24 answered all her questions the third time and she told me they never received my papers , first girl told me they received it and once the review completed they will call me. Today I ask to speak to the docter Michael d umanoff they told me he is busy. I have such a negative experience with this office as a first time patient. I will never trust the staff and the doctors in this office and will never recommend anyone."

"I have had a number of procedures performed by Dr. Umanoff. In every instance, regardless of the location, he and his staff provided excellent care. Every person who tends to you is knowledgeable and courteous. Dr. Umanoff has assembled an outstanding group of professionals who know their jobs and clearly enjoy working with people. Procedures are explained in detail, questions patiently answered and the next day Dr. Umanoff himself called to check on me. What a pleasure it is to be treated so respectfully! "After being in a car accident I suffered from an injury in my lower back months of physical therapy and daily visits to a chiropractor nothing helped until I got recommended to see Dr. Umanoff in his old location. He performed couple procedures until we were both happy with the results. With his expertise I was able to do my daily tasks with no breaks in between or any pain. 5 years passed since than and my pain started coming back again I found out Dr. Umanoff left his location which I started to worry since I didn’t want to see any other doctor. After couple google searches I found him at his current location and I couldn’t be happier to see him again. He performed a procedure on me again and 2 months passed and no pain since. It’s always bitter and sweet when I get to see Dr. Umanoff He is kind, caring, patient and listens to everything you have to say. Thank you again."

He is a very concerned, considerate doctor and seems to express disappointment if treatment doesn’t help and continues to come up with additional courses of action.
