"Talk about laziness. You always have to be on top of them to get things done. The receptionist is rude, with an attitude. I requested a prescription for my father three days before his appointment. I kept calling them to ask if the prescription was ready and everytime I called, they said they will call me back whenever it is. The day before his appointment I called and asked if the prescription was ready, and guess what it still wasn't ready. I told the receptionist to please have it ready because my father's appointment is the next day and and mentioned I had requested it three days ago, and she gave me attitude. MEANWHILE, my brother tells me the doctor's office called him and told him the prescription is ready to be picked up and they even faxed it to my dad's appointment yesterday. WHAT! I literally just got off the phone with them and the receptionist told me it WASN'T ready and now my brother tells me that they are saying they faxed it to my dad's appointment yesterday!? So much hassle just to get a prescription..."
