"Natasha, the phone taker, is a least sensitive person to be dealing with patients. Case in point: when I asked for someone who I can see to replace the retired Dr. Bromberg, she told me to see any doctor I want in a "tone" that I am not welcome anymore in that clinic. Maybe it's her accent or personality that mattered or lack of coaching thereof. Been a long time patient in that place and I admit there were times of nonpleasantries just to see the doctor. My doctor was fine, it's just the front office personnel seem unhappy to work in that clinic, I observe."

"My father get es to this doctor. He missed his uber one day and walked in the snow to get to the office about .5 mile. They took his pulse and said it was very high. He explained that he walked to the office. They decided to give him a pill to lower his pulse. He took the pill and it made his pulse go down to 51 where he almost passed out. Please do not go to this doctor.she seems like a pill pusher and doesn't care much about the patient."

"Was here for annual checkup. The staff treats you nicely, helps to fill in the paperwork if needed. Doctor listens to you carefully and help to get know what you need. You can ask any question and be sure she will answer because her professionalism is no doubt."
