"I can't describe what this office did to me as a patient. A month ago I had a severe accident, and chose this office for primary care. After needing certain scripts for many things, an office manager named Jess hung up on me on three critical attempts to make an appointment. She was rude, condescending, and putting me on hold and then hanging up, was horrible. After I told her how I felt with her behavior, she even said "I'm going to put you on hold, so don't hang up", as if she was patronizing and bullying me. Shortly after telling her how I felt with her interaction with me, Alejandro teamed up with her, with more of a bullying behavior. No words can describe their reaction to a patient standing up for a respectful experience, especially after going through something life threatening. They do no follow the "hippocratoc oath", especially PA Gonzalez, who will give you an evil death stare if you utilize her time too frequently. I pray for them to honor their duty as medical professionals for other patients, but hope they learn their lesson!"
