"Absolutely the highest recommendation I can give for the Elite Surgical Center in Wayne, NJ! The center provided top-notch care for my 17 yo son before and after his labral repair surgery - during the Pandemic in mid-February 2021. From pre-op phone calls the week before and the day before surgery, to check-in at 6 am, to post-operative care at 10 am - the receptionists, nurses, and physician assistants were so welcoming, cheerful, and disarming. They made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. I wasn’t sure what to expect, especially during Covid-19 protocols, but I cannot sing their praises highly enough! Eva, the center’s lead nurse that morning, greeted and prepped my son for his surgery and was so professional, cheerful, and comforting. I was so anxious and stressed as they prepped my son for general anesthesia; my heart was beating uncontrollably. Eva let me sit with him until the OR staff took him to the OR. Eva then took me to the reception. Barbara and Stephany greeted me and ensured I was comfortable. The center kept me updated regarding my son’s surgery until Dr. Pierce, our orthopedic surgeon (also excellent), updated me after the surgery that “went very well.” My son recovered for an extra hour; he was sick as the anesthesia wore off. Mike, the recovery nurse, assisted him while keeping me calm too. Once my son was feeling better, they released him. Mike helped us to the car, ensuring my son was correctly dressed with his new bulky shoulder sling and comfortably seated. Elite Surgical Center was excellent, spotless, and has an updated / fancy-ish reception/waiting room. It adhered to all Covid-19 protocols. The staff was honestly one of the kindest and most efficient medical staff I have met. Eva even called later that day, the next day, and the following week to check on my son! 5+ Stars!"

They called the next day asking how she was doing and to send their well wishes to her. To my surprise they checked in today again!! 1 week later. So happy with our experience."
