"Dr. Friend is literally the best eye doctor. I had an incident at home where something fell into my left eye, and called for a appointment. They took me in right away and Dr. Friend inspected my eyes with various procedures. Luckily there was no foreign objects in my eye. They gave me some drops just as a precaution. I can't imagine going to any other Ophthalmologist."

"Well here we go again with a business that got their money and then treats the patient like garbage. Back a few months ago I had an eye examination by this multi-doctor conglomerate which we as usual, treated like just another customer. It was like Chipotle, bounced from examination/attendant to another then the car salesman , then the leasing writer until you concede to buy up to the more expensive eye lenses that insurance company “doesn’t” cover. Then they don’t tell you that you pay a “Split Fee” when you get to an outsourced surgery center which is partially owned by the very same doctors who formed the conglomerate eye care center. Meanwhile the office workers have the personality of pet rocks. They rush your appointment for surgery like the company is closing down, then when you have have a five month followup they can’t find an appointment until months down the road and then you sit until the ofgice is empty and they grace you with their service like your time isn’t as valuable as theirs. I’ve had it with doctors that treat patients like sheeple and will “NEVER” allow myself to be treated this way again!!!!!! I got up and walked out and wont return ever again!!!!!!!"

She was so friendly and made me feel totally at ease. Dr Merchant was the best! He spoke so clearly and explained every single option that is available to me.
