"Not too long ago my girlfriend and I did the HCG program. Yes, we lost weight but a few months later, we gained half of it back. This diet is only a temporary fix. Anyone who eats less than 800 cal a day will lose weight. Not to mention we spent so much on their food and snacks. Their packaged frozen foods tasted gross. Your better off cooking at home. Also, my mom is a nurse and quickly pointed out that Mike removed the labels off of all Health Wise products and covered them with an Elite label passing them off as his own.. this is very sketchy! Overall the program works short term and all these people really care about is making money! You’re better off doing the work the hard way with exercise and good diet than paying them. Also, we prefer to remain anonymous so no need to say we are not a client in your records.. most people who are unhappy prefer not to give their names for fear of retaliation. One last thing.. you treat these sad housewife celebrities better than your paying clients as we heard most of them do it for free. Not cool.."

"I love elite health center’s Hcg program. I’ve never been disappointed. I was able to lose 11 pounds of fat and still gain some muscle in the 30 day program. Because I saw results right away i was able to stick to the program for the 30 days. I also love their bars and yummy pancakes. "I started the 45 day program at the end of November and initially was very skeptical however, I was at my wits end trying to lose weight. I had started working out lots in 2019 and was just sustaining current weight. I began on Thanksgiving Day (being smart and using the holiday as a loading day ;-)). I agree with another client that the first two weeks are the absolutely the hardest as your body is adjusting. I was very moody and didn’t want to be around anyone.
