"Even though arriving 15 minutes before closing, the visit did not feel rushed. In fact, from the front desk to the doctor, the staff couldn't have been more patient or more thorough in the care provided."

"Had a great visit from April 2024 for an eye infection, and they didn’t even have their sign up front. It was mid-morning on a midday, and there was no one before me. I was seen first by an aide who took the usual vitals (temp, BP, etc.). Then a nurse practitioner saw me and did an initial evaluation. I was then seen by the doctor on call (who you actually see in their social media ads at that time); he was thorough in checking my eye, examined in detail to rule out other things, and diagnosed a simple eye infection. I was prescribed antibiotic and sent on my way. Very happy with the visit. However, as of this writing (June 19, 2024): they are NOT TAKING INSURANCE! Be aware ahead of time, and maybe call ahead before you walk-in. I was informed that they weren’t taking insurance because they were in mid negotiations with all the insurance companies. Most people don’t have the means to pay $130+ out of pocket for a very routine visit."

"A Sunday Morning 8:00 AM visit. Upon entering this beautiful facility, the attendant informed me that they do not have a contract with the insurance company and I would need to pay out of pocket. $85 and they provided me a form stating that this was payment in full for services rendered excluding any additional procedures. I am not going to get into the 1 hour wait even though there was only 1 patient ahead of me. Today I received a $195 bill from Hackensack Meridian. There is no notation of the $85 that I already paid. Upon calling the billing dept, I was advised to provide all documentation to them. The only thing besides the exam that I received was a shot. These urgent care outfits are big time business and they just simply need to get their act together. If there was any chance that I was going to be billed an additional $195 on top of the $85 I already paid there would have been no way that I would have gone forward with the visit. The other insulting thing here is they even provided me their documentation that I was paying in full for today's visit, Option #1 which was $85. Simply outrageous. Be very very aware of what you are bing billed for and what you have paid!"

"This new facility is amazing!! The staff is beyond professional and very personable. Extremely clean hospital like emergency room. I went in because of a very severe wasp/bee sting. My fingers were so swollen and itching badly. Dr.Tony performed magic in getting my wedding rings off so that he wouldn’t have to cut them off. He knew exactly how to treat my bee sting. Highly recommend this wonderful facility."

"My grandmother was here and it is such a good urgent care. It is really a great asset to the community. Clean environment and amazing staff. Definitely would recommend."
