"I had a surgery medical clearance appointment today with Dr. Kim, she was very thorough going over my pre-op testing and was very reassuring for me and made me have a better outlook."

I called several times again, they never pick the calls up. Very bad service. Please ask the associate who received the call at 9/7/23 10am to take care of customers well. Tx"

They never contacted me but 6 months later they sent the bill to a collection agency. Now, I have to deal with collection agency. Seriously????"
