"The most awful doctor I have ever encountered. I had a hematoma on my right leg. She touched & squeezed the area and it hurt me to the point I was screaming in agony. I yelled to stop. I told her I will never go back to her again. She didn't apologize had no empathy and lied that I hit her. I jumped and my arm went up in the air. Very unprofessional! Dr Samuelson should not be practicing medicine. She does not know what she is doing. I went to Dobbsferry hospital a few days later to ER. The doctor was great and gentle. They did great job with ultrasound to make sure there were no blood clots. Northwell didn't have immediate appointments for an emergency situation. It's just awful."

"Zero stars if that was an option. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Samuelson at 730am. Had to wait for this appointment for 2 months as that was the earliest they had. I showed up at 730am only to be denied as my appointment was supposedly at 7am. I explained to front desk that lady I spoke with on phone told me 740am not 7am. Doctor said they wont see me. No apologies, nothing. Never again. Horrible experience."

"I came in with a cough and rib pain and she diagnosed me with breast cancer to charge my insurance for Mammo and Ultrasound. Yes, she could not tell the difference between tense pectoral muscles due to prolonged coughing and a tumor. She wrote in my chart that I had tumors in both breast. Luckily, I am a cancer biologist and have many experienced professionals around me who I can discuss my diagnosis with. I have requested all images and reports from the diagnostic team. After I warned her to be careful with such statements, she called me and sent me referrals to doctors who would cover her a**s. I'm fine, but I really feel sorry for those women who don't have a biology or medical background. I can only imagine how stressful it is for them to hear such a diagnosis just because the doctor is unprofessional. Please avoid this office and Dr. Samuelson in particular."

"My daughter was just turned away by Dr. Samuelson for being 8 minutes late to her appointment - and had called to let her know that our printer was broken and she was running a few minutes late as we needed her to fill out a form for school for her Raynaud's. NO EXCEPTIONS. Really? Have you ever been seen by a doctor when you appointment is scheduled for? Rarely. But 8 minutes late, and they turn you away after having the appointment for weeks and my daughter only being in town from college for a few days. THANKS DR. SAMUELSON - you're failing your job as a great model of patient care and compassion."
