The lady refused to correct a billing mistake they did, and had such a hostile and ill-mannered attitude, I was surprised that such a person would be employed at a place like this."

"The absolute worst. The doctor had his day and now should retire from the office. I made the biggest mistake thinking he could handle my thyroid issue. My numbers were off the charts too high and all he did was call in the same medication I've been taking for 10 years, and told me to double up on the meds. Every time I tried to go back my appointment was canceled for his personal reasons, he wanted to be more in the hospital working, and his hours are so severely limited. This is a doctor who should call it a day and retire, or be true to himself and leave the office environment all together to concentrate on his hospital duties."

"Dr. Sehgal is excellent. His billing staff is awful. They have made many errors including their submitting way past the deadline to my insurance for a $400 hospital related service he provided. It would have been covered 100%. After months of rangling I got a call from Samantha today saying that he would not see me for my visit tomorrow if I didn’t start paying the $400. There are many fine physicians with competent staff. I’m moving on."
