"Dr. Ayoub dismissed my lower abdominal pain and discomfort. He suggested my husband cheated on me and I had an STI. When I responded upset to that accusation, he said maybe I was wearing uncomfortable pants causing me pain. About a year later, I had surgery for endometriosis. My “pants pain” was not phantom. Rather than take my care seriously and treat me with respect, he brushed over it and ran a basic lab (negative for STIs…). There was no recommendation for a follow up or to see other doctors. I strongly encourage you to look to other doctors for your care."
