"I wanted to explore pelvic floor therapy at 15 months postpartum. Shikah provided a free phone consultation & had availability for a first booking soon after. She is incredibly patient and explains everything as we go along. I love how we started slow, focusing on the importance of breath work & have now moved onto physical strengthening exercises. Each session is like my own personal training experience filled with exercise, massage, breath work & some laughter. I started seeing improvements after only a couple of visits!
