"Only give this facility 3 stars. My first visit, I had an amazing experience with Dr. Jigar; however, the front desk staff needs retraining. They neglect to realize their discipline requires them to be personal, caring, polite and patient. They act like everyone that enters the clinic is on public assistance/medicaid. If that's the case they should work for the welfare system."

"I've been coming here since the early 90s and have always had an amazing experience with Dr. H. Patel. Of late, I've been seen by J. Patel, but I have had no issues at all. Dr. Patel's main receptionist, Esther, has always treat me and my wife with respect and kindness. I wish H. Patel was there more, simply because we have more of a history, but I'm hoping to develop a good relationship with J. Patel also."

"worse front desk staffs. They act like they are the doctors, I did my physical there and wanted to ask some questions to the dr regarding my results, but the staffs from the front desk did not allow me to see the MD and told me that my results were fine. I do not understand how a lay person can read my results and interpret them. They do not have the qualification and right to interpret my results. They need to be taught on how to communicate with the clients. When I asked a question to one lady, the other one laughs at me. This is ridiculous. I never write any reviews but I had to write it because this is the worst experience I had."

"Patel Jigar B in my opinion is incompetent. I feel he neglected my grandmother who passed from a uti/sepsis in 2015. We feel she was sent to ICU, way too late. When she passed away, he told us that she was not "09 years old, she was 90 years old" with a smirk on his face. Nervous maybe? Or just plain rude. I hope he always remembers her name. His secretary called instead on his behalf, a monotone, sorry for your loss. The other Physician Himanshu Patel was in fact incredible with my grandmother for many years before she was given to the other. Himanshu was always attentive to her, so this review is not for him it's for Jiger and his terrible bedside manners and what I feel was neglect during a difficult time for my grandmother. Remember to advocate for your family members. I miss my grandmother every day."

"My grandmother went to dr Patel Himanshu so I chose him. I saw him in May of 2016 to have blood work done. The office filed the paperwork incorrectly so the lab and my insurance company kept billing me. It's now January 2017 and I'm still getting billed. They had me contact their outsourced biller to correct it. I never had to call any out sources billed before with any other dr. I don't know if this is the norm. And I've had 4 other dr before him. Second issue was I needed to have paperwork filled out to give to an agency and the first person at the office told me you haven't been here in a year (not so) you need to make an appointment to see him in order for the dr to fill out the paperwork. The second said after 6 months you have to make an appointment, the third(which I believe was the first person) said after three months. Which means they don't know what the rule is. I have two business to run and two kids to take care of. I don't have the time to make appointments for them to fill out paperwork that takes 5 minutes and have me wait for 2 hours. I will never go there again."
