"Gm ! Don’t know how she got these ratings / first appnt was made as virtual and after sitting and waiting 1 hour I called the office and was told “ you need a regular office visit “ you have two weeks prior to figure that out and you sent countless reminders via txt and email …. Then I met dr shivani in the airmont office 40 min from my home / did the blood work and X-rays and I have been calling the office for weeks and emailing and NADA …. What a joke This isn’t a doctors office …. Very unprofessional FYI as I sat in the waiting room a patient came in yelling and complaining… now I see she was validated"
"Staff in Tallman office were pleasant and appointment went smoothly. Dr. Purohit also pleasant and respectful; listened to and validated our concerns and ordered appropriate lab testing and follow up. I suggest that their phone setup could be improved by more staff to take calls or voicemail for messages. (Calls sometime just ring and ring and have to hang up and try another time). Appointments can be far ahead we did have to wait a couple of months. Made the 3 month followup when we checked out."

"I am very pleased with the care Ive received from Dr. Purohit. She is professional, attentive and very nice. She listens, checks up on all lab results and adjusts her treatment plan according to your current condition. The only negative is the wait time. I've never been seen within a half hour of my appointment time and for some reason I continuously have to fill out the same paperwork. But that's an office issue, no reflection on Dr.Purohit."
