"Dr. Maldonado has been my pcp for years and he is an excellent physician. He and his staff are professional and provide exceptional care. I recently had an emergency situation happen during one of my appointments and Dr. Maldonado and his staffs response was superb. My husband appreciated how well I was taken care and how prompt the response was of the Doctor and staff. Dr. Maldonado came to see me in the emergency room after he finished his office hours and checked on me the very next morning. Dr. Maldonado really cares about his patients and has taken very good care of me for years. The BEST DOCTOR EVER!!"

"I seldom ever write reviews about anything or place usually no matter how wonderful or awful the experience, but this doctors office merits an exception. I first scheduled an appointment with Dr. Maldonado's office on account for convenience, it was close and easy for me to get to. I regret it. I've had the misfortune of having to visit this office on multiple occasions mainly for paperwork for school to check if I have received my Hep B and TB vaccination amongst others. The first few times I visited this office was a wild goose chase, my blood was drawn once to test my immunity and the incorrect tests were done. I had to get my blood drawn again, and STILL the incorrect tests were done; ultimately I ended up getting my health records from my college which confirmed immunity. I was billed for visitations to the practice that were just me asking the doctor questions regarding my previous visits. On one occasion, when I questioned the staff about the technique used to deliver a TB shot because it seemed incorrect from what I learned in my MA class, the lady who delivered the vaccine immediately became defensive and rude, angrily telling me that she was a doctor in her country. On other occasions I've had staff be rude to me, for example, I had an appointment to fill out paperwork scheduled at 10:30, I had to drive far to another location by 12, so I had to be done within the hour. At 11:18 I went to reschedule and the lady at the desk rudely asked me If 'I can't just wait 5 more min?'. In the doctors office that I work at, patients are always seen within 30min. Not all, but the majority of the staff is rude, the dress is casual and unprofessional (jeans, etc.), the doctors are slow, the office is dingy, small, and does not accept cards for payment. I've called and been hung up on and left on hold on multiple occasions. Do not go to this office if you want high quality care and professionalism to be including in your visitation."
